Family Code

1. Be loyal to the organization. Help other members when you can.

2. Be a man of honor. Respect women and your elders. Children are off limits. DO NOT use overpowered weapons, unless attacked by one. Respond in the same level of the threat. If someone punches you, you punch back, not draw a fucking Minigun.

3. Be a stand-up guy. Keep your eyes and ears open and your mouth shut. The ‘stand-up guy’ shows courage and heart. He does not whine or complain in the face of adversity, including punishments and challenges, because ‘If you can’t pay, don’t play.’

4. Have class. Be independent. Know your way around the world.

5. Do not kill other Made Men without the authorization of the Head of the Family. This also includes Made Men from another Family and members of other known organizations.

Chain of Command

Enforcers: The Enforcers are Made Men that chose to work exclusively for a single Lieutenant. They cannot have any territory, they just serve as soldiers of his Lieutenant. They can still help other members, but in case of an Internal War, Enforcers are called to help his boss.

Made Men: They are the muscle of the Family. They can work for any higher ranking member, but usually they stick to the member which vouched for them. Can be promoted to higher ranks.

Associates: These are the prospects of the Family. They are not true members of the Family, thus their actions do not represent the Family intentions. Must prove their loyalty to the organization and one of the higher ranking members must vouch for them in order to become a Made Man.

How to Join

You must contact a Lieutenant or a higher ranking member and inform him of your desire to join the family.

If one of them accepts you, you'll become an Associate and must prove your worth to all the members of the Family.

Once one of the higher members think you're ready, you'll be invited to attend the Joining Ceremony, in which you'll plead your life and loyalty to the family, and promise to follow the Family Code and the Hierarchy.

Failure to obey the chain of command or the Family Code can result in expulsion from the Family or even death.
